Job Description
Retention Specialist for the Career Access Program, ensuring long-term success and job retention of participants enrolled in the program, providing personalized support, identifying challenges, and implementing strategies to ensure participants' continued success in their careers.
Requirements
Associate degree or 60 college credits courses in the human services field, or high school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience in workforce development.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication ability, including basic computer skills.
