Job Description
Retention Specialist responsible for keeping accurate and timely records of working job seekers, ensuring close contact, case management, up-to-date information, and analyzing employment retention data to inform program team members.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in related area preferred
  • Exposure to or experience working with clients in transition to finding employment
  • Demonstrated experience working with electronic platforms
  • Bilingual in oral and written English, Spanish required
  • Driver's license and personal vehicle strongly preferred
  • Flexible schedule to work outside of normal business hours
