Job Description
The Retention Specialist is responsible for coordinating communication, onboarding, and training for new team members, as well as implementing retention activities to decrease turnover. They will also assist in production departments, provide coaching and encouragement to team members, and recognize and appreciate employees.

Requirements

  • Be familiar with all machinery & processes across the plant.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work efficiently despite frequent interruptions.
  • Be highly proficient in computer skills.
