Requirements

  • Perform duties as the Florida Retirement System (FRS) site coordinator
  • Verify enrollment and report employees to the FRS
  • Assist eligible FRS Pension Plan members with deferrals and DROP enrollments
  • Process monthly non-FRS invoices and bank deposits
  • Maintain retiree and benefits databases
  • Respond to billing inquiries and customer complaints
