Retread Technician 3rd Shift

Job Description
The Retread Technician will perform all aspects of the commercial tire retreading process, including quality control, in a 3rd shift position with a set schedule of 4x10 hour nights from Monday night to Friday morning. The position requires a high level of quality control and involves working in a non-climate controlled environment.

Requirements

  • Ensure station is cleaned and stocked and equipment is working properly before and after all shifts
  • Consistently meet or exceed standard metrics per day for each position (tires inspected, tubes pulled, etc.)
  • Work well in a team environment and be able to cross-train in multiple areas
  • Maintain and update logs and tracking spreadsheets as needed
  • Ability to identify when using any hazardous materials and use proper PPE procedures when handling these materials
