Role OverviewThe Returns Coordinator plays a vital role in restoring value by ensuring imaging parts are received, evaluated, and processed with accuracy and care. This role helps maintain the integrity of the supply chain and supports teams who serve healthcare partners around the world.
What You Will Do
Review and validate all return quality claims, communicate with vendors and customers, authorize customer credits, execute and oversee exchange workflows, and analyze and update quarterly quality metrics.
