Role OverviewThe Returns Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the full lifecycle of returned goods, driving improvements in operational efficiency, cost control, and reverse-logistics performance.
What You Will Do
Analyze return trends, design and implement return process improvements, coordinate return shipments, determine disposition of returned goods, and analyze return-related costs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation, excellent problem-solving and resolution skills, and the ability to work under pressure situations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in logistics and/or transportation
- Experience with dealing with a diverse carrier base
- Some returns experience
- High School Diploma required with previous logistics experience
- 4 Year College Degree preferred but not mandatory
