Role OverviewAs a Test Engineer at Microwave Products Group in West Chester, OH, you will support both engineering and manufacturing functions through the development and implementation of efficient test solutions.
What You Will Do
Design RF architectures, work with engineers and technicians to review and optimize current testing processes, support standardization of Automated Test Equipment (ATE), and perform testing, collect data, and analyze the results.

Requirements
- Must be a US Person (US Citizen or permanent resident – green card holder)
- BSEE or BSEET from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with RF based systems required
- Experience with RF test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Signal Generators required
- Experience with military standards and specifications a plus
- Experience supporting or calibrating RF test architectures a plus
- Experience performing Measurement System Analysis (MSA) a plus
