What You Will Do
Perform tower modifications, inspections, and audits. Lead and manage crew members, assist in building various types of communication sites, and utilize proper procedures for all types of rigging operations.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of construction or telecommunications experience
- Experience with antenna installation and alignment, TMA’s, Coax, Connectors, Jumpers, grounding, weatherproofing, RRU’s, fiber, installation of steel platforms and grounding
- Basic electrical skills along with experience using and operating power and hand tools
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR, and reliable transportation
- Physically capable of and willing to climb tall structures more than 300 feet and work in PNW weather conditions
- Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs
- Punctual, reliable, and able to learn and retain new information
- Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with management, co-workers and clients
- Able and willing to travel, work overtime + weekends (occasionally)
