Job Description
The RFC Safety Supervisor leads a team of hourly employees in the Regional Fulfillment Center to ensure operational activities are met or exceeded, focusing on hiring, engaging, and developing a highly effective workforce.

Requirements

  • Effectively and safely supervise day-to-day shift operations in a warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate workload flow and lead a subset team to ensure performance goals are met.
  • Instruct and provide oversight on quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with Shift Manager on employee performance development plans.
  • Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits.
  • Manage to set KPI's: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, and Quality (Shrink).
  • Ensure shift time and attendance tools are kept up to date.
  • Ensure employee schedule is up to date.
  • Responsible for successful onboarding, training, and retention of New Hires.
