Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RFC Supervisor to lead a team of hourly employees in the Regional Fulfillment Center, ensuring operational activities are met or exceeded. The role involves supervising day-to-day shift operations, coordinating workload, and providing oversight to warehouse associates.

Requirements

  • Effectively supervise day-to-day shift operations
  • Coordinate workload within the warehouse and a specific department
  • Lead a team of hourly personnel
  • Monitor and Post performance reports
  • Manage to set KPI's: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget and Quality
  • Accountable to a budgeted labor $ allowance for assigned department(s)
  • Responsible for successful onboarding, training and retention of New Hires
