Job Description
Medica is a nonprofit health plan seeking a RFP Analyst II to lead the development of high-quality proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and related solicitations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Writing, or a related field
  • 3 years of work experience beyond degree
  • Experience with project management or coordination in deadline-driven environments
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management and content management tools
