Job Description
Role Overview

The RHVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment in commercial environments. The role requires a solid understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure that all systems operate efficiently and safely.

What You Will Do

Perform regular preventative maintenance tasks, diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC and refrigeration systems, install new HVAC and refrigeration systems, and communicate effectively with clients regarding service issues and solutions.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Refrigeration license required as defined by State(s) regulations and preferred in all areas
  • EPA Certification is required
  • OSHA 10-Hour certification required within 30 days of employment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an apprenticeship or formal RHVAC training program
