The role requires building and managing relationships with diverse partners, designing program infrastructure, and driving measurable progress toward student participation and apprenticeship targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of senior experience in workforce development, apprenticeship systems, economic mobility, or a related field
  • Built and executed complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with real ownership
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from the ground up
  • Thrive in high-autonomy environments with strong follow-through
  • Manage relationships across institutions with different incentives
