Job Description
Trade Management is working with a partnership client to find basic riggers with prior experience in rigging and load capacities. The riggers will be responsible for safely lifting, positioning, and anchoring heavy modular components, structural steel, or large interior panels.

Requirements

  • Load Handling: Securely attach, lift, and maneuver heavy, oversized interior components using pulleys, slings, shackles, and winches.
  • Assembly & Installation: Set, align, and anchor machinery or structural panels to floor/ceiling anchors.
  • Safety Compliance: Inspect rigging gear before use, adhere to safety standards (e.g., OHSA), and report hazards to management immediately.
  • Communication: Coordinate with crane operators and team members using verbal or hand signals.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assemble, dismantle, and store lifting tackle and equipment.
