Requirements

  • Ensure initial safety and hazard assessments are completed before work begins
  • Communicate effectively with project team members about scope of work changes or safety concerns
  • Supervise and coordinate rigging and lifting activities to ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Read, interpret, and follow procedures and documentation
  • Keep records of all work completed
  • Identify equipment needs, calculate lifting operations, and consult on lift plans
  • Possess Rigger 2 certification and valid Chauffeur's license
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with various personality types
