Role OverviewProSource, a leader in the right of way, acquisition, and relocation industry, is searching for a Right of Way Acquisition Agent for a project located in Medina, MN. The Acquisition Agent II will work independently to acquire rights in real property, full & partial takings, permanent easements, and long-term leases.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include identifying potential sites, establishing contact with landowners, studying and evaluating project plans, preparing requests for title abstracts, negotiating property leases and purchases, analyzing governing body zoning and building codes, and reviewing signed agreements.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in land acquisition, title searches, real estate law, appraisal field or other related fields, an active Real Estate License, and knowledge of real estate law and property transactions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Degree preferred in position related field
- 3-6 years of experience in land acquisition, title searches, real estate law, appraisal field or other related fields
- Active Real Estate License
- Knowledge of real estate law and property transactions
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parcels and deadlines independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
