Job Description
As a Right of Way Agent II at HDR, you will provide pre-negotiation project, parcel, property owner and occupant due diligence, negotiations for the acquisition of rights, and relocation of displacements relative to public or private projects. You will also coordinate right-of-way and utility issues for clients as assigned, and perform other duties as needed.

  • Perform activities to support real property projects such as property assessments, risk analysis, acquisition of needed rights, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination, and utility relocation/coordination
