Role Overview

HDR is an employee-owned firm in the Power sector, helping shape how electricity is generated, transmitted and delivered. The Right of Way Assistant Project Manager supports the successful delivery of right of way projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, working closely with project managers, acquisition teams, clients, and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Support PMs or Leads for successful delivery of right of way projects by assisting with project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and client communications. Coordinate activities among acquisition agents, title specialists, project managers, surveyors, appraisers, and other project stakeholders. Monitor project schedules, parcel status, deliverables, and milestones, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions. Assist in tracking project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and change management activities.
