Role OverviewThe Right-of-Way Groundman will assist in the performance of daily activities related to right-of-way maintenance, representing the Cooperative in a professional manner and enhancing the Cooperative image.
What You Will Do
Perform right-of-way clearing duties, assist in dismantling and repairing equipment, and participate in job training and safety meetings.

The ideal candidate will have good basic mechanical knowledge, the ability to use tact in dealing with members and the general public, and the ability to follow written or oral instructions.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required

- Good basic mechanical knowledge preferred
- Ability to use tact in dealing with members, fellow employees, and the general public
- Ability to operate a computer and/or electronic tablet
- Ability to follow written or oral instructions
- Ability to stoop, bend, and lift heavy equipment
- Current valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain a 'Class A' Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
