Job Description
As a Right of Way & Real Estate Services Agent, you will provide pre-negotiation project, parcel, property owner and occupant due diligence, negotiations for acquisition of rights and relocation of displaces relative to public or private projects, and coordinate right-of-way and utility issues for clients.

Requirements

  • AA degree or equivalent experience
  • Real estate license in good standing, or equivalent, as required by law
  • Database and GIS familiarity
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, right-of-way, title, utility coordination, relocation, or property management
