Role OverviewHDR is seeking a Right of Way Tech 1 to perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects. This role supports the Real Estate Services (RES) Team with document preparation, administrative support, and property research. The position is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
What You Will Do
Perform entry-level technical services for right-of-way projects, including administrative duties, property research, and ordering title. Support the RES Team with document preparation and administrative support, input and track data in spreadsheets or databases, and prepare client reports. Train in job-appropriate aspects of the right-of-way industry.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Candidates with a high school diploma and some college or equivalent experience, along with MS Office Suite product experience, are preferred. General background in title, paralegal, real estate, real property law, or mortgage lending is beneficial. Local candidates are preferred, and the position is subject to a preemployment drug test.
