Risk Analyst

The Risk Analyst supports the Enterprise Risk Management Department and is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks that could impact the Bank's strategy, operations, and financial performance. This role supports the development and maintenance of the enterprise risk management framework by partnering with business units to evaluate risk exposure, track key risk indicators, and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.

What You Will Do

Identify and evaluate potential risks across business units, conduct risk assessments and document risk statements, likelihood, and impact, monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate issues where thresholds are exceeded, and maintain risk registers and ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Compliance or Risk Management role in financial services
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, risk management or related field
• Strong communication skills to develop good working relationships and to promote cooperation and compromise among various departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess risk and interpret complex data.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels by proactively participating in and contributing to a physical work environment, controlling emotions and temperament, and exhibiting courteous, respectful, and professional behavior.
