Job Description
The Risk and Safety Supervisor acts as the primary contact between the Risk Coordinators and the Risk Manager or the Director of Risk Management, implementing written and verbal directives and promoting guest service and service recovery actions.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • BS/BA degree in relevant field preferred or 2-10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA and Safety management systems
  • OSHO 10/30 Certification strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service mentality
  • Outstanding character and integrity
  • Must have demonstrated experience successfully developing and leading safety programs in medium to large organizations
  • Possess a charismatic and naturally outgoing personality
  • Must be a dedicated team player working toward a common goal
