Risk Management and Claims Analyst

The Risk Management & Claims Analyst assists with overall management of insurance claims and company risk management functions, working closely with insurance adjusters, brokers, and internal stakeholders. This role reports to the Director - Risk Management and requires a Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or Business, with five+ years of risk management and insurance experience.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include administering insurance programs, managing day-to-day interactions with brokers and insurers, reviewing certificates of insurance, and processing incoming claims. The analyst will also prepare insurance renewal applications and submissions, and review contractual insurance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or Business
• Five+ years of risk management and insurance experience
• Insurance designation(s) (ARM, CPCU, CRM, CIC)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and RMIS/claims systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently
