Role OverviewWe are seeking a Risk Management Associate or Senior Associate to assist with the development and management of Kayne's risk management and insurance programs. The successful candidate will join a team responsible for assessing, mitigating, and managing Kayne Anderson's Real Estate risk management and insurance programs.
What You Will Do
Assist with the implementation of overall risk management initiatives across verticals, manage claims and litigation, and liaise with internal and external counsel in setting and pursuing effective and cost-efficient litigation strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of claims management and insurance and risk management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of the litigation process
- Ability to take initiative, successfully manage and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines
- Highly proficient and fully functional in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
