Role Overview

As a Risk Management Consultant, you will provide risk management support through education, training, and development of resources. You will serve as a resource regarding insurance and risk management exposures, loss trends, and industry regulations and standards. You will create and deliver training programs and risk management resources for Federated Risk Consultants, clients, and others.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include seeking and maintaining an advanced understanding of commercial property and casualty risk management and safety exposures and controls, serving as a risk management subject matter expert, creating and maintaining risk management materials and programs, and providing consulting to Risk Consultants, policyholders, and prospects.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree
  • Minimum of three years' work experience demonstrating understanding and familiarity with loss exposures, risk management processes, industry regulations, and safety/health standards
  • Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation or equivalent
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and training skills
  • Ability to retain confidential business and personnel information
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation
