Job Description
The Risk Management Representative supports risk management, worker's compensation, and/or insurance programs by preparing reports, reconciling financials, and providing administrative support.

Requirements

  • Financial: Prepares payment vouchers for departmental invoices, reviews accuracy of financial payments, provides monthly reconciliation of all billing and research discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepares statistical reports for risk management or workers' compensation, prepares summary data for annual workers compensation reports and other state, federal agencies or incident reporting.
  • Administrative: Reviews subpoenas and forwards to appropriate parties, assists with scheduling of depositions and court appearances, monitors departmental projects, answers phone, takes accurate messages, does filing and data entry.
