Job Description
Members First Credit Union is seeking a Risk Manager I to assist in delivering on its mission, vision, and brand promise by living out its core values in every service contact to both internal and external members. The role supports the teams, leaders, and Board while strengthening the enterprise risk management efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in enterprise risk management, risk assessment development or regulatory compliance, preferably within a financial institution.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple complex initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Leadership in project management and change management initiatives.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Manages projects successfully from start to finish.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
