Job Description
Risk Mitigation Specialist - Team Lead responsible for negotiating, implementing, and monitoring legal agreements for companies with foreign investment, leading a team of 4,000 cases annually. Requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and 8+ years of experience in risk management or related field.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in risk management, corporate compliance, legal analysis, or industrial security auditing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
Deep knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and FOCI mitigation instruments (SSA, Proxy, Board Resolutions).
