Role OverviewThe Risk Governance Operations Team is responsible for perceiving and reducing the prevalence of bad Ads through content and actor risk strategy management and risk platform enhancement. We aim to provide proactive and precise operations to preserve TikTok as a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for our users.
What You Will Do
Design and execute risk control strategies, lead high-impact projects, translate complex datasets into actionable risk insights, and create scalable processes to improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially across regions and disciplines
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
