Role OverviewSt. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full-time RN to plan, coordinate, and monitor care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. The RN will ensure effective resource use, maintain established standards of care, and meet outcomes within an appropriate length of stay.
What You Will Do
The RN will assist with nursing unit management, ensure variations in patient care are justified and well-documented, and maintain knowledge of current nursing procedures.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an approved School of Nursing and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in West Virginia or a compact state.
Requirements
- BLS required
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license
