Role OverviewSt. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full-time RN to plan, coordinate, and monitor care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. The RN will be accountable for effective resource use, maintaining standards of care, and meeting outcomes within an appropriate length of stay.
What You Will Do
The RN will ensure that patient variations are justified and well-documented, and assist with nursing unit management needs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience is preferred but not required, and the RN should have knowledge of current nursing procedures and a current licensure as a Registered Nurse in West Virginia or a valid compact state nurse license.
