Job Description
This position works under general supervision of physician, mid-level provider and/or nursing supervisor to provide nursing services in care and treatment of patients. Performs and accurately documents physical, psychosocial, and emotional assessments. Actively anticipates patients and/or patients' family needs and expectations and utilizes these in conjunction with the assessment to develop an appropriate plan of care for the patient.

Requirements

  • 1 year of RN experience
  • Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • NIHSS certification
