Role OverviewThis job acts as a leader in the provision of patient care utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses and Scope & Standards of Practice.

Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care, assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies, communicates and delegates nursing team resources, and adapts behavior to the specific patient population.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
