Job Description
BPrep Services is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager II – Operating Room (OR) for a large, high-acuity acute care hospital in the Houston area. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing departmental operations, managing clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality patient care across multiple surgical service lines.
Requirements
Active Texas RN License or Compact RN License (clear, no restrictions)
BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) required
BLS Certification required
Minimum 2 years of OR acute care experience
Minimum 3 years of current OR leadership experience
Strong, accurate and up-to-date resume (units and dates must align)
Must be open to full-time night/evening leadership coverage
