Role OverviewJoin the Scripps Health team as a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered healthcare. The RN will provide direct patient care within the scope of their practice, assessing, planning, and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
What You Will Do
The RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision. Works collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

This is a Seasonal 13 week Assignment / Full Time - 12 Hour Varied Shift position, benefit eligible, with a $9,000 Completion bonus available at the end of the initial 13 week assignment.
Requirements
- 18 months of recent RN experience in an ICU department within a hospital setting
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS prior to start
- Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
