Role OverviewSupporting excellence in patient and family-centered care, the Site Based Float Pool provides critical nursing support to our acute care units at the Scripps La Jolla, Scripps Green and Scripps Encinitas hospitals. What You Will Do
Provide direct patient care that includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. Take primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team.

We invite you to join our highly engaged team of Float Pool Registered Nurses within ICU. This role requires you to float to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla and Scripps Green Hospital in Torrey Pines. Floating to PCU, DOU, Tele, Oncology, MS and other areas will be required.
Requirements
- One (1) year of recent RN experience in an adult ICU
- California Registered Nurse License
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
