Role OverviewSupporting excellence in patient and family-centered care, the Site Based Float Pool provides critical nursing support to our acute care units at the Scripps La Jolla, Scripps Green and Scripps Encinitas hospitals. What You Will Do
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements
- One (1) year of recent RN experience in an adult ICU
- California Registered Nurse License
- Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification
- Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
