Role OverviewAngels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license, provide care in a client home setting, and make a positive and lasting impression.
What You Will Do
Job duties include conducting on-going patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, coordination of care, educating family members on patient clinical care, and preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
