Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead the provision of patient care using the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses and Scope & Standards of Practice. The ideal candidate will have a Graduate degree in Nursing, be a current RN license holder in the state of Mississippi, and have Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association. The nurse will be responsible for assessing learning needs, implementing teaching strategies, and communicating with patients and families. They will also be expected to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and to provide patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
