Job Description
The Nurse Residency Program at Deborah Heart and Lung Center provides critical support to newly graduated and licensed registered nurses during the transition from academia to clinical practice.

Requirements

  • Current New Jersey RN license
  • Graduate of accredited diploma, associate degree or baccalaureate degree nursing program within the last 12 months
  • First employer after graduation
  • GPA > 3.4
  • Letter of recommendation from a school instructor
