Role OverviewWe're seeking collaborative and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to take on meaningful clinical leadership roles. As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you'll oversee the nursing care delivered across your assigned shift. You'll supervise unit staff, support clinical excellence, and be a key player in ensuring safe, compassionate, and compliant resident care.
What You Will Do
Oversee daily operations of assigned nursing units, support and guide LPNs and CNAs, respond to resident needs and medical concerns in real-time, collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Active RN license in Vermont (or eligible for reciprocity)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership potential and a passion for resident-centered care
- Prior long-term care experience is a plus, but not required for new grads
