What You Will Do
Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and evaluating on an ongoing basis. Utilize the knowledge base of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care. Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS, PALS
- NRP required within 90 days of hire
- Certification in specialty area preferred
- Two (2) years full-time RN experience in ER or other comparable experience
