Job Description
UT Southwestern is seeking a skilled critical care nurse to join its Rapid Response Team. The team provides immediate, expert intervention for patients showing signs of clinical deterioration, and is a key part of improving patient safety and outcomes hospital-wide. As an RRT nurse, you'll work three 12-hour shifts per week, with some weekends required.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program
  • 1 year of RN experience
  • Three years or more in the ICU setting or Strong Emergency Department experience
  • Current Texas (or BNE Compact State) license
  • BLS) & (ACLS) certification, course accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) required as well as PALS and NIHSS
