RN 5C Medicine Telemetry

The RN 5C Medicine Telemetry role is responsible for providing care to a designated patient population in a 26-bed unit with private rooms. The unit serves a diverse patient population with diagnoses ranging from heart failure to gastrointestinal bleeds.

What You Will Do

The RN will demonstrate clinical assessment skills, provide safe and effective care, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for the plan of care. They will also assess learning needs of patients and families and provide education based on age, culture, and willingness to learn.

• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• CPR certification
