What You Will Do
Assess and care for patients with various health problems, advise on patient wellness and illness needs, teach and support positive self-care activities, and work in cooperation with individual patients, caregivers, and ancillary staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an NLN accredited school of Nursing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
- Two years recent hospital or other relevant nursing experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years Cardiac or Pulmonary nursing care experience required
- Current RN Licensure in Rhode Island and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Evidence of current CPR certification
- Heart Failure Certification (required within 2 years)
- Homecare experience (preferred)
- Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons
