Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 2 years of recent adult acute hospital patient care experience
  • 1 year case management, discharge planning experience
  • RN, currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law or regulation in state of practice or policy
