Job Description
Oklahoma City Indian Clinic is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to apply professional case management principles in a patient-centered medical home setting.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Nursing (Associates in Nursing Required, BSN preferred)
  • Current Oklahoma Nursing License in good standing with the OK State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
  • Basic knowledge of managing women's health and pediatric patients is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) and the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
