Role OverviewEnnoble Care is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Case Manager to provide skilled nursing assessments, planning, and care to hospice patients in Cumberland County, NJ. The RN Case Manager will work under the general direction of the Director of Nursing and the attending physician to maximize patient comfort and health.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, communicating with attending physicians and other agencies, and providing accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
